Anti-Corruption Policy
Tempest’s Anti-Corruption Policy establishes our guidelines and commitments to combat all forms of corruption, with a clear and objective vision that any act of corruption is intolerable and will be disciplined promptly.
Helpline
The Helpline is a confidential channel for employees and stakeholders to report or seek support for violations of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and antitrust laws, potential cases of fraud, harassment, and violations of Tempest’s policies and Code of Ethics related to these topics.

No Tolerance for Retaliation
Tempest does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. -
Confidentiality and Anonymity
All reported issues, concerns, complaints, or violations addressed to the Tempest Helpline will be treated confidentially and anonymously.
*Due to certain legislation, some countries do not allow reports to be made anonymously, in these cases Tempest will respect the respective requirements of local law and inform the person whenever necessary.
